This unique olive oil is made by maturing olives during 5 to 7 days, with a thorough control of temperatures in an airtight container. The first nose reminds us of cocoa and walnuts. Then the palate shows some olive paste (tapenade), truffe and fresh wood notes, for a unique taste and experience.
Food pairings :
Try to soak chickpeas for a few hours in our black olive oil, then grate half a black truffle, seasonto taste… Enjoy on a pice of bread ! Great with pasta as well.
