80% Syrah & 20% Grenache
Traditional winemaking process in stainless-steel vats. It’s a blend of 2 different varieties harvested with optimal maturity. fermentation : 3 weeks to 1 month. 25% of the blend is oak aged.
With its deep ruby colour, this Beaux de Provence offers a complex and powerfull bunch of blackcurrant, blackberry associated with empyreumatic notes (spiced vanilla). Creamy mousse and medium tannins offer a perfect balance between spices notes and matured black fruits. This wine offers a long finish.
