Grape varieties
70% Grenache, 30% Syrah.
Terroir
Soil is made of clay and limestone with small stones above. Since 1985, due to a perfect microclimate, the vineyard is certified organic. This organic certification allows only natural fertlizer.
Winemaking
Traditional winemaking process in stainless-steel vats. It’s a blend of 3 different varieties harvested with optimal maturity. fermentation : 1 week.
Dégustation
This young wine has a bright ruby coulour with purple reflections. Nose is gourmand and delivers perfumes of fresh fruits, green pepper and spices. Palate has a delicate mousse with red fruits perfumes (cherry, strawberry) and notes of mediterranean forest. Young tannins are melted and give a pleasant finish.
