Grape Varieties

1/3 White Grenache, 1/3 Clairette, 1/3 Rolle

Soil is made of clay and limestone with small stones above. Since 1985, due to a perfect microclimate, the vineyard is certified organic. This organic certification allows only natural fertlizer.


Low-temperature filtration, Alcoholic fermentation as well (15-17°), no malolactic fermentation.

Pale and brillant lemon-green. Expressive and harmonious nose with citrus, peach and white flower notes. On the palate, we distinguish first fruity notes who lead us towards fresh and delicate mousse with hawthorne and lemon aromas. Finish is on stony notes.
Food pairing
Will match perfectly with fish or fresh goat’s cheese.
