Grape varieties

70% grenache & 30% syrah
Soil is made of clay and limestone with small stones above. Since 1985, due to a perfect microclimate, the vineyard is certified organic. This organic certification allows only natural fertlizer.
Traditional winemaking process in stainless steel vats. Blend of 2 grapes varieties harvested with optimal maturity. Fermentation : 3 weeks to 1 month.
Beautiful and delicate red ruby colour. Nose presents matured fruit, spices and balsamic notes. Palate starts with a full attack and richness which give a nice texture. Tannins are matured and melted. Jammy strawberry, raspberry and cherries are acompanied by peppery notes, liquorice and rosemary.
