Scattered throughout the Vallée des Baux, our orchards are managed in the traditional way and our picking is manual. They offer a great wealth of variety of olives: Aglandau, Salonenque, Grossane, Verdale des Bouches du Rhône mainly with which we associate the Picholine. Thanks to our mill, located in the heart of the estate, we master all stages of production until the extraction of olive oil from our orchards to offer you authentic tastes of great purity.
